We provide Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Technical training on many software packages. We can also provide custom training tailored to meet your company needs.

Our instructors do not lecture, but rather assist students in learning and exploring applications and theories. We help students think on their own by examining unknown territory. We believe exploration is the foundation for learning. Almost all our classes are hands-on. Our trainers stimulate participants and encourage student interaction.

"Instructor-Led Training" is provided where users want to benefit from the instructor's experience with products as well as explore the application with guidance.

"Train the Trainer" can also be provided if the focus needs to be on potential internal trainers.

Many companies are requesting "Mentoring", where instructors work with your staff individually or in small groups to work through specific areas of concern.

Course Design:

Crystal Clear Training will work with you to develop any class. Our staff can create custom training materials, assist you in choosing appropriate "off-the-shelf" training materials, or use your existing materials.

Assessments:

We can also assess users level of competency for any software product and recommend appropriate classes.

We evaluate each class and learn from our student feedback. We will work with you to evaluate each student prior to class and monitor them as they progress through our classes.
